I am a fit 26 year old female working in the Royal Australian Air Force looking to achieve some personal fitness goals. Since having Johnny as my personal trainer I have found myself been pushed to limits I never imagined possible, not only fitness wise but mentally also. Johnny is a highly motivating and encouraging training who can always push you that little bit further within each session. I look forward to every session and feel challenged, content and happy by the end.

Training with 1st to be fit has changed my life. I started at a size 20 and after 9 months, I am now a 12 and very happy! The trainers are fantastic. They understand what I am after and have worked with me from day 1 to get my desired results. And what better way to do that than train with Johnny!
Going to training with Johnny was never a chore; I really looked forward to going every time as he pushed me to my limits. It helped really lift my fitness level and I enjoyed the sessions as I wanted someone to help me work hard and use the time efficiently and that’s what I was provided – effectively reaching my desired results in as little as 5 weeks!!
